It is worth asking questions before you begin.
Curious how orthopedic massage and training might fit together? A consultation is a place to talk through your goals and a practical starting point.
Contact the practiceBoth. I offer orthopedic massage and individualized fitness and nutrition coaching. Massage can address tension and movement restrictions; training builds strength and control over time. I look at your goals and the whole picture rather than handing everyone the same plan. You can book either service on its own or use both. Coaching is delivered entirely online.
We begin with your concerns, activities, and what you hope to get from treatment. Every new-client massage appointment includes posture and muscle-balance assessments. Those observations help guide hands-on work toward the areas most relevant to your comfort and function. You can review session details before you book.
No. Fitness coaching can be useful whether you are learning to train with weights, returning to regular exercise, or adapting movement to a busy week. Your current movement, available equipment, and the activities that matter to you shape the starting point.
No. I coach clients entirely online, so you can follow your exercise plan wherever you train. You will have your workouts, nutrition guidance, and a way to track habits and progress between our check-ins. Coaching calls also take place online, never in person. The coaching page has the full details of how it works.
Nutrition coaching begins with your goals, preferences, and daily routine. From there, personalized macronutrient targets and practical eating guides can be paired with manageable habits, reviewed over time, and adjusted as you learn what works. This is behavior-change and nutrition support, not medical nutrition therapy.
Orthopedic massage gives us a way to work hands-on with tension and movement restrictions. Training gives you a way to build strength and practice movement between sessions. I can help you use both as part of a broader approach, but you do not have to buy one to work with me on the other. If you live too far away for massage, you can still work with me through online coaching. A consultation is a good place to talk through your goals. Results vary, and neither service replaces medical care when it is needed.
