Care for how you move and what you want to do.
Orthopedic massage and online coaching are two ways I can help you work toward better movement, strength, and function. We can start with either service or use both, depending on your goals.
See how I workFirst, I listen. Then we get to work.
Tell me what feels limited, what you want to do, and what your days actually look like. New-client massage appointments include posture and muscle-balance assessments to help focus the hands-on work. For online coaching, I build training and nutrition guidance around your goals, experience, equipment, and schedule.
My approach is simple: massage releases what is tight, exercise strengthens what is weak. Together, they can support more comfortable movement, strength, and function. We can start with either service or use both if it makes sense for you.

Two ways to get started.
Orthopedic massage
For jaw tension, tennis-elbow discomfort, recurring headaches, or lower-back stiffness, I look at the bigger picture before working hands-on with the related muscular tension. The aim is more comfortable movement and function. Massage does not diagnose or replace medical care, and results vary.

I build your training and mobility plan around your goals, with nutrition and habit support you can use in everyday life. We check progress and adapt the plan. Coaching is entirely online, whether or not you book massage.
